Dispatch time: orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Delivery time: usually 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city.

Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
